An L of a Life

Yesterday in a comment to my Limerick post jmb suggested a six word memoir meme to describe my life. I've gone a stage further and used 6 words each beginning with "L". How you group, if you group, the words is entirely up to you.

Leavings

Lacking

Loves

Lost

Lonely

Low

It's sad to see that my blog is reduced to simplistic posts like this - so far from where I want to be - but I guess this, at least, keeps my blog going and keeps my visibility just above zero. Sometime ...........

It is difficult to be creative when you are having a bad time.

I don't think this is simplistic at all, I think it is very clever and very well how you are feeling!

Your blog isn't invisible!

You probably have more lurkers than you think :)

You've read my drivel... nothing to it but to write what you want :)

This is now, may it be totally different and more hopeful in the near future.
I admire and am in awe of anyone who can use words so well. I appreciate good use of language but cannot do it myself.
So well done Calum.

Nazh: Yes!! :-)

JMB: Thanks. I appreciate hugely your compliments but find it hard to take them on board because the post was so simple: written in a few seconds with no plan or thoughts.

"I ..... cannot do it myself" Don't you go and believe this nonsense!

Don't forget one of the most important "L"s ...

LAUGHTER!

"Laughter" is important but, unfortunately, doesn't rank highly enough in my life to make the top 6 Ls.

If I were to add a 7th L to cover my health now I would add:

Lbow.

Looks as though I may need day surgery to sort out my infected Lbow. Have to go back to hospital in a few weeks for final decision.

It's not simplistic at all. Simi and I are thinking of you in Sicily.

WL and Simi: Thanks to you both
