Calum, you are doing a great job and we all understand that things are just as stressful for you as they are for Mrs C. No one will mind if you let off steam, plenty of people here to support you all.
So today you were a human being and not a machine. Sincere apologies will get you a long way in repairing this, even to the children if they got in the way of the fallout.
Trust me we've all done it and probably with less cause.

I know my post was cryptic but I was registering my frustration with myself and my (in)actions whilst wishing to keep the details private.
I think I need to be particularly careful now that our anonymity is likely to be lost soon if a 'paper article goes ahead - interview Thursday.
