Silence on Trafigura

I posted last night about Trafigura’s attempt (with their lawyers, Carter-Ruck) to prevent publication of details of a £6 million claim made against it by consultant Kieran Looney.

Yesterday (Friday) The Times, Telegraph and Guardian all found this story newsworthy in advance but none reported the outcome last night and still none do so this morning.

Why?

Have I simply missed the story?

Is the story suddenly not newsworthy?

Has the media been gagged again?

The longer the silence the more I’ll believe that another indecent judicial gag has been applied.
