Trafigura Gag? Silence Goes On

Further to my two earlier posts regarding the attempt by Trafigura to have court papers sealed (here and here) I contacted the news desks of the Telegraph, Times and Guardian.

Result: no reply

Perhaps they wouldn’t normally reply to one such as I but, more than 30 hours after Trafigura and Carter-Ruck were due in court, no paper has any mention of the outcome of the attempt to prevent public access to the submitted court documents.  All three papers considered it worthwhile mentioning that Trafigura were going to court but nothing since.

Even had the case been delayed until later I would have expected a line slipped in somewhere but NOTHING

NOTHING AT ALL!

This smacks even more strongly of the obscene stench of another super-injunction.

There must be others who are concerned.

Surely?
