I posted just yesterday saying that I was no further forward in my attempts to have Trafigura send me two documents which they say are available.
I am in the same position today other than I can state that, on Monday next, I WILL have something to say about my request.
I don’t know yet whether I will be writing in success or failure but, by Monday, I will know definitely one way or the other.
I’ll keep you posted.

Perhaps you should give out all the details of what you need and who to ask for it on this blog, so that a chain reaction cascade of fellow bloggers could put in their own requests to help the good company's people overcome what is clearly a silly little glitch in their communications system? They would surely appreciate that help. A newspaper editor might even be invited to assist. Free and generous OpenSource assistance to the commercial world from the philanthropic land of the blogger?

I'm considering my actions and what you suggest is certainly very possible.
To date, I have been absolutely clear that I would not "wind" matters up until I felt I had no option.
Let's wait until Monday - the papers might appear magically.
Of course, if I don't post on Monday, let's say Tuesday at latest, then either I have died or some other impediment has been put in my way.
I have no intention of dying and I can't imagine what else would prevent my posting.
