I had to face a big dose of reality this morning. I guess I didn’t have to but I did anyway. At least, I flagged it up.
Needed to be done but not easy for all that.
Had to shut it out after or I would have been “paralysed”.
Can only view for short times …. but must .… or else.
Each day I must look. No turning my head away.
Hardest thing I’ve ever asked myself to do.
The details are my secret but I can’t not say where I am.

I have always found over the years that no matter how hard it is I must face the problem face on. It helps me to feel better in the long run.
