I had a phonecall about an hour ago now in which I was told that the Local Authority has granted our wishes without going to the Appeal Panel tomorrow. I was due to be a witness and now I can relax.
I can't say anything about the subject of the appeal and the decision other than it is massively important.
I still can't believe that the decision has gone our way but I remembered to ask that my thanks be passed to all those who actually made the decision today.
I was geared up to attend tomorrow, had been primed to expect losing and having to go to court to challenge.
