Remember This, Iain Dale

Mr Dale laughs at Gordon Brown in an interesting post which shows what Brown said in 1992 early into the election results.  If you want to see the embedded video then click here.

But lest Mr Dale forgets we need to remind him over and over and over again what he said when he saw the exit poll predictions on Thursday night.

The predictions were incredible, – LibDems to win only 59 seats -  so incredible that Mr Dale, the guru of political blogging, said,

“I'll run naked down Whitehall if that turns out to be true.”

Not only is it true but with one constituency still to vote – 27 May – the LibDems have only 57 seats.

Remember this, Iain Dale.

“I'll run naked down Whitehall if that turns out to be true.”

  1. On TV yesterday Andrew Neil asked Dale when he was going to do it.

He won't do it. He has no cojones.

  4. I would have to do that, Andrew!

Bob Biper describes him as "roly poly" but I don't know which part he is alluding to.

  5. Ian Who?

Just joking. Who'd not know the famous and most important speechifier - or, rather writifier who managed to convince me within but four visits of his site that he's not seldom boring.
So, what would a personification of boredom need cojones for?

Nevertheless, Calum, Calum, hit him quick, hit him with your rhythm stick!
    What a Weichei*!
