After a couple of weeks of hard exercise – washing, shaving and some additional light exercise - I have lost enough weight to consider myself a new man.
Unfortunately my brain is just as poor, my body just as old but, my God, does my body not look new and slim and youthful.
I knew you would never believe me and so I had a couple of photos taken as proof.
Clumsy was jealous of me and so he has tweaked the photos to hide, as best he can, my now trim figure.
I’m sure you can see past his sad work to admire the hard work I have put in.

Still not quite mastered the walking though, clearly.
You see only part of my rigorous exercise regime.
The walking was this morning - Swanston to the top of Allermuir and then helicoptered from the top suffering from exhaustion.
Am OK now you'll be pleased to know.
It looks like you might be revisiting your brief foray into circus life soon?
I'm finished with circuses, Ruth ..... I hope but one never knows what Dr AS will try to get me involved with.
You still have your hair? Wow.
Surprisingly my hair has remained almost as in my youth but the colour has faded as has every other part of my body.
If only the tumbler was I.
Ruth Sorry. I have just realised why you mentioned "circus". Can I have a replacement brain, please?
And a fine figure of a fellow you are mr CC!
If only, Jams, if only.
If only this were I!
